Suites

The Launch Pad Consultation

This Suite is designed for new and emerging designers who need to establish a solid foundation before committing to full production. It's a high-impact, one-time consultation.

  • Who it's for: Clients with a strong concept but little to no experience in the business side of fashion.
  • What it includes: 
    • Strategic Business Plan Review: A comprehensive review and guidance on their business idea, helping them define their target market and brand identity.
    • Production Feasibility Assessment: An initial consultation to discuss their design ideas and assess their feasibility for production, providing a realistic view of what to expect.
    • Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Guidance on how to create a realistic budget for their first collection, including an overview of common costs like sampling and production.

Pricing: A flat fee ranging from $1,500 to $3,000, depending on the number of styles or complexity discussed. This can also be structured as a 3-5 session package over 1-2 months.

The Production Partner

This Suite is for clients who are ready to start production and need a reliable go-between to ensure a smooth process.
​    Who it's for: Brands with a finalized design and tech pack who need a strategic partner for sourcing and production management.
​What it includes:
​Fabric and Supplier Sourcing: Sourcing and vetting potential manufacturers and fabric suppliers based on the client's specific needs, budget, and brand values (e.g., sustainability).
​Production Oversight: Acting as the primary liaison between the client and the manufacturer, managing communication, and ensuring all specifications are met.
​Quality Control (QC) Guidance: Advising on best practices for quality control and providing a checklist or framework for the client to use.
    ​Timeline Management: Creating a clear and realistic production timeline and helping the client adhere to it.


Pricing: A project-based fee, typically a percentage of the final production order (e.g., 5%-10% commission on the total cost of goods) or a flat fee based on the complexity of the collection, ranging from $5,000 to $10,000+

The Full Service Retainer

This is your premium offering, designed for clients who want a long-term partnership and continuous guidance. It's an excellent way to secure consistent income.Who it's for: Ambitious, well-funded startups or established brands launching a new category who need an expert on retainer.

  • What it includes: 
    • All-Inclusive Support: All the services from the Production Partner package, plus ongoing support.
    • Ongoing Business Strategy: Regular check-ins to review and refine the business plan, marketing strategy, and budget.
    • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Acting as a dedicated resource to quickly solve any unforeseen issues that arise in production or business operations.
    • Growth Advising: Providing strategic advice on scaling the business, expanding the product line, and exploring new opportunities.

​Pricing: A monthly retainer ranging from $3,000 to $8,000+, depending on the agreed-upon hours and scope of work. This provides peace of mind for the client and a predictable income for you.
